ZXG系列組合再生機(ZXG Composite Reclamation Machine)
該設備的廣泛使用，不僅降低了企業的生產成本，更積極地保護了我們的資源與環境。其原理是將需要處理的舊砂通過定量加料機構，垂直落入由反擊圈、再生盤及風葉組成的再生機中，經高速旋轉的再生盤加速后，與反擊圈的積砂反復搓擦、撞擊，保證砂子的脫膜率，再經二級風選使砂子中微粉含量≤0.1%。
Widely used, this equipment not only decreases the cost of product, but also protects our environment actively. The principle is to make the sand to be dealt with, through feeding device, drop vertically into Reclamation Machine, speed up by high-speed reclamation plate, rub and bump against with the sedimentary sand repeatedly to insure the film-peeling of the sand, and make the contain of dust equal to or less than 0.1%.
